Vivek Asthana is the founder of VEDANNT EHS Advisors and a seasoned EHS and ESG professional with expertise in sustainability reporting, compliance audits, industrial hygiene, and process safety. He holds M.Sc Chemistry, NEBOSH, IFOH, PGDBA, and is a Lead Auditor for ISO 14001 & 45001, and a Certified ESG professional from NSE.
With years of hands-on experience across industries including pharmaceuticals and manufacturing, Vivek has led complex EHS programs, conducted multi-site audits, and guided organizations through GRI, BRSR, and IFRS S1 & S2 sustainability disclosures.
He is also the published author of ESG: From Principles to Practice — a comprehensive guide to sustainability reporting frameworks grounded in the Indian regulatory context, written for professionals, managers, and business leaders.
